Outstanding Staff and an Excellent Facility

The staff treats all of their guests as if they are their own pets. Casey is recovering from dual TPLO surgery and Taylor, Kirby Brenda and Glenn have been extremely caring and accommodating. It is very comforting to know she is being so well cared for. Our male spaniel, Chester, is right at home there. Thank You! T&T

Excellent Service

Excellent service, very trustworthy and caring. I would recommend this Resort to any sorts of animals, they truly are an amazing Pet Resort.

Koda

Our little Koda has been to SPR numerous times for both boarding and Daycare. The Staff have always been great to her and I never feel bad about taking her there as she always seems to have a great time. It always gives me comfort when we are away to know that the staff there are taking care of her and giving her some love. I would not hesitate to recommend the SPR to anyone with pets.

Rico's Retreat

We have been taking our little man to SPR for over 4 yrs. and have left him at times for over 2 wks. He always is happy to see the girls when they come out to take him, a testament to the treatment he receives. He's happy and exhausted when he comes home, every time! Highly recommend them and I know they take extra care of animals with special needs. Don't grow anymore and continue your good work. Dee

Just like home

We are new to the Calgary area and Springbank Pet Resort was recommended by a co worker. They took wonderful care of our little guy and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that he was well taken care of. The staff knew all about him when we dropped him off, like his age and what services we had requested for his stay. It just added to our peace of mind knowing that they had done their " homework" on their guests. In all the years we have had pets we have never had them treated so wonderful. This will be our pets " home away from home"
