Phoned to have a locksmith come and let my business' night cleaners in as the locks had frozen. Gentleman did nothing more than sit in his truck and make excuses, then tried telling me he was going to have to drill all the locks open, a ridiculous expense for a frozen lock. After explaining to him, at 430 in the morning how to fix it, he started using uncalled for language, including the f word numerous times. I ended up showing up and fixing the problem in 5 minutes. Embarrasing

Great lock rekeying price and experience

I own a few rental properties and rekey locks whenever tenants change. RNR Lockworks did a great job today at a very reasonable price to rekey four locks and provide 5 keys. The owner, Bob, is the least expensive locksmith I've ever found and a very pleasant and professional person. I highly recommend him.

Excellent Service!

I locked myself out of my truck @ SouthCentre Mall and had to leave it overnight after calling several companies who refused to come help due to the overwhelming calls from the blizzard - I walked home in -27oC and prayed my truck would be ok with my Christmas parcels and purse locked in overnight. Finally got Bob's number from the Yellow Pages this morning and he came within 45mins, took another five to open my truck and let me sit in his van while my truck warmed up! Superior service from a very honest, hardworking and great guy - I am so grateful for it and would recommend RNR Lockworks to everyone stuck or needing rescue in Calgary!
