First customer service was excellent booked a time and day that worked for me. When the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable , respectful and kind. I had to wait for my part but that is understandable as I am sure all parts are not kept on hand.
I would have to rate this company the best that I have ever used!

Technician came the next day after calling in and was in uniform with a labelled truck. This is important to me as I am a young woman and was alone at the time. He was very courteous and took the time to explain what was wrong and why my dryer broke. He had the part i needed in his truck and since he has repaired my dryer the unit has worked better than ever!!! THANK YOU!!

They are an excellent company. My old fridge broke. They pretty much knew the issue right from what I described over the phone. They came ready with the part and repaired it quickly. They charged a fair price for the work. I recommended them to my sister when her dryer broke. They are fair people.

So impressed!! Gord responded same day! I left messages for other companies & NO ONE responded. When you need an appliance fixed it is typically something that you need addressed asap! He not only responded but he did trouble shooting over the phone told me a couple things to try to save me a service call. He followed up and I sent him a video. My washer is scrap, he could have came and charged me for the service call. I will now be a loyal customer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Good honest ppl do exist

I had a problem with my freezer at 10 at night, called up several companies, but none of them were available to come and repair my fridge. Then i found this company called Mr. Home Appliance, and decided to give it a try. I was extremely happy when the guy, Andrew i believe his name was, said he could come over and take a look. He stuck to his word, and was at my front door in less than 30 mins. After analyzing the problem, he gave me details on what it was, what needed to be fixed, and how much it would cost right away. The gentleman was very patient and polite to me all the way. I had my compressor fixed, and within less than an hour, the freezer was running as before. Honestly, this company is a lifesaver for me, and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone having trouble with their appliances. Without Andrew, all my food would have been gone to waste. I really appreciated the way Mr Home Appliance does business, and from now on they will definitely be the first company i will call whenever facing any sort of trouble with my freezer or any other appliances, as Andrew told me they also install and fix Air Conditioning, Washer machines, Dishwashers, and other appliances, Thank You once more Mr Home Appliance!
