To the last review. We are sorry to here of your troubles. We strive to give great service, each and every time a customer comes in. That's why we have stayed in business on the westside for over 30yrs. In this case we attempted to make a repair on a part , that would take several days to come in and cost hundreds of dollars, all for a clip the size of a quarter. Unfortunately the repair did not last. But we did stand behind our work and got the vehicle repaired immediately.

I was so grateful to have found this garage. I went there thinking I needed work on one thing...only to find out it was something different. They walked me through the problem with a flashlight and explained exactly what was damaged and promptly got me the price and did the work the same day as it was a dangerous thing to keep driving while broken. I have been taking my vehicle/s to Dave for a number of years. Mostly for regular maintenance (oil changes, tune ups etc), but have also required some out of warranty repair work. Never had any issues. The work gets done as quoted and he does a thorough job.

Probably one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they were very reliable, had great communication, didn't do extra work, but confirmed the work required after the diagnosis. Their head mechanic went over the invoice with us on top of the service underwriter. They even had a courtesy vehicle for me to use while mine was stuck in the shop for the day.

Did a head gasket job on our young son's 4Runner three winters ago. Our son was living alone in Revy and the head gasket was a very big problem, is several ways. Well Tom, the owner, took care of it. Best experience I've had at an oil change place! I used to go to the Penzoil in Vernon for 3 years...for some reason it was always so expensive. Jiffy Lube showed me a 'new' fuel filter they put in which was used. SA & Westbank location will honestly tell me if I need something or I don't. Great price and great service! Never going back to a different oil change place. Now I always come here :)
