These guys are the way an auto shop used to be and should be . My car broke down on the side of glenmore trial on a saturday afternoon . Rob one of the owners stopped and found a had a blown rad hose . Then went to parts store , right then got the part and coolant and got me going . Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I don't usually leave reviews but I got to see their brand new office at Chinook centre Sunday and it's amazing, worth a visit just to see it! It's just down the hallway from their old office and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Roxanne got my exam started and showed me the scans of the inside of my eyes and that was pretty neat. Dr Lathrop got me set up with some new daily contacts that make me actually forget about how dry AB is. They solved my problem I'll definitely be back again! Lire plus

I cannot speak highly enough of Sergey. Two years ago I had been in a car accident.I had partially torn ligaments and severe soft tissue damage in my back, shoulders, and neck. Pretty much rigid with no small ammount of pain. Within 3 months I was pain free and back to work. 100% 7 months ago I partially tore numerous tendons in my left shoulder.
