I am not sure how to spell the greatest tasting pork roll that I have ever tasted, in Canada or in Italy, from where the owner/butcher is originally from. Try Porccetta in a roll, on a plate or take a piece home and serve to your family. It is now a tradition to serve it for our family get togethers. We cannot say enough good things about it! Vicentia also serves other foods for either take-out or to sit in as lunch. The steak sandwich is terrific. They offer other butchers products such as Sausages etc and I know people who drive from as far as Midland, Hamilton and Barrie to eat here or to take their products home. Try it. You WILL like it.
