Filing taxes is not my favourite thing to do, especially since I always have to submit a payment. I was not looking forward to bringing our tax prep papers to a different business after our accountant retired. Heather at the Beamsville H & R Block was fabulous from the moment we sat down at her desk, until she had all the papers completed and in our hands 60 minutes later! My husband and I went in to get our taxes done. My husband has the worst luck with tax places, HR block messed up bad on his taxes a couple years back and our last tax women who worked from her home had messed up on his taxes twice. They fixed everything that had been messed up on in the previous years in twenty minutes. Highly recommend them!

5 Stars does not seem like a high enough rating! They deserve at least 10 and more! Ken made what I thought was a very stressful situation seem like a walk in the park. He helped us get approved for a number of tax credits that we were entitled to after initially being denied by the CRA. Their pricing is very fair and they are wonderful to deal with! They have a customer for life in us and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
