Richard and his team came to my aid in Jan 2018, when my basement garage was flooded. He responded to my SOS right away and analysed my situation. Work began early spring , digging additional trenches putting in drainage where there were problems and he problem solved by methods that were workable .His crew was remarkable ! I highly recommend this company any time. This is a highly professional team

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and respectful of our home and things. They removed our old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace in one day. Erin, in the office, walked me through the process to get the prequalification code for the FortisBC grant and even completed the forms for us...all we had to do was sign it and mail it. I highly recommend Norm's.

We have used this company for a number of years. They have been absolutely amazing from heating to plumbing to gas fitting issues. The staff is friendly and efficient and one time, even suggested a drain pan under our washer/dryer set and went to the trouble of building it custom for us. Can't say enough good about them! I noticed a leak last evening under a sink in our older model trailer, spoke to Vern this morning, he came out this afternoon, not only repairing the drip, he replaced all the aging connections under the sink. Great service, I would highly recommend CoVal Plumbing , they will make appropriate repairs. Nice to be able to support local.

They traced my lines and ran a camera through them to make sure they were clean, found one was plugged with stucco carelessly discarded by a tradesmen which they cleared quickly.
