At Queens , I never have had to wait long despite my prescriptions being complicated.
A ten minute wait is typical.
Queens has great prices on over the counter products that range from cosmetics to tensor bandages and everything in between.

The pharmacist [Deana or Nina...I am not sure of her name } is such a genuinely helpful, friendly, kind and caring individual.
The stores over the counter products are very reasonably priced which is not typically the case for a smaller [non-chain) pharmacy .
Outstanding customer service , excellent prices and the store itself is clean and neatly maintained .

This is the best pharmacy I have been to. The pharmacist is very knowledgable and caring. I am so happy we made the switch from a larger chain pharmacy where we were just a number. The pharmacist knows you by name and is always friendly. He also offers delivery which is very helpful when we are unable to pick up the medications. Thank you for the excellent service!

Highly recommend. I used to go to a big box pharmacy. I switched to after having some issues at the big box. This pharmacy has knowledgeable staff, friendly service and is a more intimate setting where I felt comfortable and not rushed to ask questions. A true gem in the downtown core. !!

For example, when receiving our prescription, nothing is left to chance…stickers cover the bottles outlying all vital information pertaining to the medications. Im a type 1 diabetic and have used many pharmacies before. I can honestly say this is one of the best locations ran by the best pharmacists. Ramesh is very knowledgeable, respectful and does everything in his power to make sure you have what you need, when you need it.
I needed medication on a Sunday, and was out of town one night and wasnt going to be back during store hours and he still accommodated me both times. Even delivered directly to my residence when I was in a crunch.
