Highlands Towing went over and above the call of duty this past weekend. Dan was very punctual and professional when he came to open my van for me. He took care in making sure he did not mark the vehicle. Still unable to locate the keys but he was fast to problem solve how to get a spare key from Caledon to Minden in the same day. This was a welcome outcome for my husband who did not have to drive three hours to get the key to me. We like to personally thank them for their helping hands.

I was stuck, down a very hilly road to the cottage in snow. I thought, that I would be fine, as I was driving an all wheel drive x5. Turns out I was wrong. The damn SUV couldn't get up a small grade, let alone a steep one. When (I believe his name was Daniel ) showed up, I thought for sure that he wouldn't want / attempt / or try, to get me out of this mess. But he did !!! MANY TRIES LATER !! He was just amazing and the kindest friendliest person I have ever met ! BASELINE is amazing !

When Randy Wicks, President, asked us to provide a reference/review on our experience, we were very happy to do so since we felt it was a good way to show our appreciation and thanks for their efforts. They were efficient and very reasonable with their pricing especially given we are on an island. They were easy to work with and were always available to discuss things with when we needed.

I needed a short notice survey and pinning of the house to the lot. Bunker was busy but they fit me in and did the job in one day. Worked with me instead of telling me what I couldn't do. Absolute Pros. When they double checked the measurements one pin was out 3mm. Which they fixed!!! Soleil in the office was great to deal with. Pricing was similar to all surveyors in the area. Work was exceptional.
