Brought a garage package from N**f*. Creative were to supply the garage door/opener as a 3rd party vendor. I paid for everthing thing but contractor told me and Nu**f that garage door remote is missing in the box i contacted Nu**f they tossed the buck to Creative. So i phoned creative they said it should be in the box, if its missing i have to pay$60 to buy a new one from them.so technically pay for it twice.I paid $30 fo something which was promised.So please double check all what they supply

Creative Door were able to come the day following one of our doors breaking down, he was on time and very efficient in replacing the opener. The office is very friendly and helpful. We would recommend Creative Door to others.

Installer arrived on time and installed garage door properly with efficiency. Well organized and left with garage looking better than before!

I called Bonnie on Friday in the late afternoon before the start of the long weekend in Sept..We set up appt.for Tues.afternoon between 1 and 3Pm.Bart arrived at approx. 1:30PM.He had all the necessary parts,tools and equipment to do the repairs.He was super friendly and very efficient and had the door repaired and adjusted in very little time.He answered all the questions I had and he replaced all parts that were required.The garage door has never worked so well.I definitely would call again.
