Boutique Must

Very dishonest attitude. I wasnt sure abt the dress but the sales girl said I can take it home and try. I paid in cash and got handwritten receipt. The dress turned out transparent under the natural light so i brought it back the next day asking for refund. They refused to refund, instead tried to make me take it back or accept store credit. Of course there was no mentioning of ‘no refund’ policy when i bought and on my receipt. I ve newer seen such a cheap and manipulative sale. Shame!

I am truly happy about every purchase I made in this store. There is something very unique about their styles that you can't find everywhere. I am a regular costumer in the Westmount store and the staff is so lovely!! They always make me feel at home when I come by. I recommended this place to all my friends. Because you '' Must '' go there!!!

My sister, mother and I went to Must Boutique during the Victoria Village street sale. We tried on a lot of clothes. My sister purchased 3 items totalling over $200.00 dollars. A customer intercepted us in line and began to insist we pick up the clothes off the dressing room floor. The cashier commented, "that is not nice." My sister apologized and after paying we picked up 2 items off the floor. In retrospect we felt the management was ungracious and unprofessional. I won't be returning.

Came in from Toro...

Came in from Toronto and visited the boutique with a girlfriend. She's purchased there before but not sure she'll be returning. Manager/Sales woman here gives you cool shoulder if you don't buy. With retail sales suffering, perhaps a change in demeanor would help retain clientele. Just a suggestion.
