    Thanks to the tea...

    Thanks to the team, I have cancer their very nice. I love their quality hair. It may take 2-3 days to have an appt, but they give you all the time you need. Very well treated. Free first consultation with no pressure was given.

    Bad attitude, bad service and overpriced

    A few months ago I visited this establishment in order to purchase a wig that was required due to medical circumstances. I was pleasantly happy upon my first meeting with an employee, but once they received my money, that all went to the wayside. They are nearly impossible to reach...you can leave messages, but no one calls you back. They try to upsell you, and they overcharge for their services compared to other companies. Also, unless you are French or totally bilingual, don't even try to go because one lady will be very angry and is full of attitude. I was promised my wig in 3 days, got it 2 weeks later after calling endlessly. When I went to have it styled, they did not listen to what I wanted, just kept looking at her watch so she could leave for the day If you want to be treated well and have good customer service, try somewhere else.
