I read the comments and I think the owner or his friends have had written them for sure. I find the owner and his son extremely rude and they have no idea what customer service is. They lost my file and on top of that the father was yelling at me saying that I was lying ! I never had a service like that in Canada ! I think Farhat company should send inspectors to there to see how these people are behaving.

Been a loyal customer for many pairs over the years. Always felt well - and fairly - treated.

If I could give six stars, I would. The staff are knowledgable, courteous, patient and helpful. I have bought two pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses. I receive lots of compliments (I credit the staff for this in giving good advice).

Service was very good, friendly, clean, prices very good, went there three times for lenses and eye exam twice. Recommend them highly.
