Thermopompes N&R Sol Inc

Last year I had Thermopompes N & R Sol inc. come to my home for a new furnace. I told the salesman I wanted propane. I received a contract for a Goodman furnace. I researched the model and obtained a service manual. In February 2024 they came to install it. When I looked closely at the model with the service manual I discovered the furnace was not the model in the contract. I called N & R Sol Inc. and spoke to the salesman. Never got a response. I complained to Regie du Batiment.

On s’attend à mieux de travaux qui coûtent plusieurs milliers de dollars . Taches effectuée de façon douteuse et peu professionnel à plusieurs égards . Endommage les installations déjà sur place . Suivi difficile à avoir et canceler par dessus le marché.

Jai rencontré et reçu des soumissions de 5 entrepreneurs différents. Mon choix s’est porté sur N R Sol car le représentant Jérémy m’à inspiré confiance en prenant bien le temps de m’expliquer les différents choix de systèmes. L’équipe d’installation à été professionnelle et courtoise. Félicitations pour votre bon travail!

Je n’ai aucun bénéfices à écrire ceci; sommes clients depuis plus d’un an et n’avons que des compliments pour l’entreprise, son personnel, les techniciens, polis, professionnels et surtout compétents. Bravo a toute l’equipe

Jai fait installé une thermopompe murale LG, et je suis très satisfait de leurs services jusqu à maintenant.

Jai fait appel à leur service pour un appel de service. Le technicien à été poli et professionel. Mon problème à été réglé rapidement. Je recommande cette compagnie à tous.

Jai acheté ma thermopompe murale avec eux en 2017. Linstallation à été fait avec professionnalisme. Les travailleurs ont faits attention en ne salissant rien dans la maison. La finition extérieure est vraiment bien. La machine fonctionne très bien et le prix était bon. Je recommande à tous.

Horrible service, installation sloppy and unprofessional. The emergency service line is unreliable, when you need it most it can take up to 12 hours to respond. The salesman promises are worthless. Above all the protection plan is useless and they will always make you pay for something.

Very poor heat pump installation

They installed a new heat pump on Monday this week, Wednesday when I turned it on for the first time and went outside, I noticed that the unit was slipping from the brackets. It's now leaning like the tower of PISA. I called several times but got little response from them. On the hottest weekend of the years thus far, it would be nice to turn on the AC, but I'm fearful the vibration will knock the unit off the bracket completely. Do business with someone else.
