I was 3 minutes late. My spot was given to someone else, and the lady didnt even try to see if they could take me a bit later (I came from 25 km away), and went on to teach me a lesson, and make me feel small for my horrible mistake of being 3 minutes late (did I kill someone?), as SHE is always 15 minutes early at her appointments, and on and on. BAD potential CUSTOMER treatment . Never went back. In 30 years of owning cars, never ever experienced this. To be continued
