I wanted to test a bass amplifier head. 1st,she didn't know how to connect it to an amp she had under the counter.I told her it only needed a speaker cab,but she was clueless.2nd they only had a left handed bass to try it out,I have a right handed bass in pawn there,she refused to let me use MY OWN BASS!LOL.3rd,once I had the amp and cab connected,the cord was intermittent.I asked for a cord that worked properly,she said it was good enough, no one else complains.She cost her boss a $399.00 sale.

this store is a complete joke, the employees act as if you are bothering them, and they are open until 5 which is completely useless why even open your doors, prices are ridiculous, if your looking for something just buy it new
