Mr. Handyman

Sabraitis here. Won’t allow my password or reset.... so posting a new update to previous.... While the initial experience was poor, Mr Handyman has bent over backwards to fix and remedy the situation. They have since come by and made good on repairs and made good on my poor experience. Not often contractors care about their reputation, but Mr Handyman obviously does.... I will call again going forward.

Made an appointment 6 weeks ago to assure I get service today. Called to confirm the date and time a week ago. Received a confirmation email yesterday. Today during my two hour window, no show. Ron said he was being honest by saying they made a mistake. Even after all these confirmations. Then Ron promised to call me back around noon with options for today or weekend. No phone call nothing. Poor service to say the least. Unprofessional on every level.

This company is not professional at all. the manager is too bad also. Never use them. I got very bad experience. the leak was in my house, they came first time, told me fixed charge me CAD$1000, one month after, leaking again, they came back saying this time they found real problem, in future, if the same place leaking again, they will not charge me. i let them do it again, two month after, leaking again. they came and try to fix by charge me again, I told them, no, they took the parts. Too BAD.
