Customer service is terrible. The older lawyer really knows how to belittle and take advantage of the power he has over those who are in vulnerable positions. He is unapproachable and pretty much barks at those who asks questions. It took over two years for him to provide a copy of the application, despit numerous request, which I found to be ridiculous. I would have switched lawyers a millionn times over had it not been for my husband.
