Buyer Beware!!! This realtor is dishonest, intimidating and unethical. He will misrepresent any contract that he present to you. If any questions asks, he would tell you it’s a standard procedure and it’s not. Please please don’t trust him. I would not recommend Frank or Exp Realty Brokerage. No one will listen to your concerns. There company methods of non-disclosure and intimidation to first time buyer who does not know what a normal procedure is would be considered entrapment.
