Had my hair cut here for 4 years. The last two times my hair was hacked! I had to go back the first time to get it fixed and her response to me was oh I don't know what happened there...the second time I went to use the washroom after the cut was done and walked out and had to get her to fix the cut what she said to me this time... it's ok it'll grow and it's just because that's how the hair parts. I had people asking me what happened to my hair for months after the cut! Not happy!
