    This home provides great care

    I have found this home to provide great care, Staff are attentive and the home has a great atmosphere in a home-like setting. The location is great. Minutes to walk into town.Spacious rooms.

    Not a clean place

    They are always understaffed. Every comment is taken personally. When a urine bag broke there was urine under the bed for 4 days which I had to complain about for them to clean it up. The staff has little interaction with the patients. The male residence population are always complaining about not having real potatoes at dinner as they are instant. It is very difficult to find staff when needed. Most of all the rooms are really really small.
