WE HAD A KEY MADE FOR ARE CAR AND LITTLE DID WE KNOW OR WERE WE EVER INFORMED THAT THE OLD KEY WILL NOT WORK. WE FOUND ARE OLD KEY AND WENT TO START ARE CAR AND FIGURED IT WAS THE BATTERY (old Car), HAD IT BOOSTED DID NOT WORK, THEN HAD IT TOWED TO A SHOP TO REPLACE THE BATTERY. THAT’S WHEN WE FIND OUT IT WAS THE KEY. WE WASTED 68 $ ON THE TOW VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE COMPANY WILL NOT HELP WITH THE TOW COST IT WAS THERE FAULT FOR NOT TELLING US ……VERY DISAPPOINTING.
