Aaron Taxi

I have never been misstreated by a company like this one, they lied to me, left me standing out in the rain and then told me there was nothing the can do. I`ll say it agian, I have never been misstreated by a company like this one. They lie.

Arrived quick and was much cheaper than most other taxi places Ive used. The driver was very friendly!

. On my walk on the beautiful day A Women and male cleaning a vehicle in the garage. Did nothing but harass me and my partner. The male stopped doing his job just to walk down the drive way of the business and attemp to call us out and harass. 3 young kids were even around to see his crazy acts. Horrible job with hiring people .

Got picked up 20 minutes after calling, i was approx 3 minutes away at the bus depot downtown Sudbury. The driver took a longer than necessary way,He even said; I dont know why i went this way i was going to Kingsmount area.He drove fast and seemed angry. When i went to pay actually asked for a tip instead of giving me change first. I had been away on a holiday and he seemed to be feel he deserved a large tip because i was away on a trip. This was February 5 @ apprx 5pm.

The worst don’t even bother

Waited for almost 30 minutes,will never call them again

Waited over 45 minutes for a taxi to go to work when I was told it would be 5 minutes, which then cost me to be late for my job

Called a taxi to catch the train. Called at 3h30 am to ask them to be at the hotel for 4:45 .. it gave them almost a full hour to make it there and the taxi didn't get here until 5! Totally not impress and will definitely not call them again.

Drivers have poor...

Drivers have poor hygiene and are often rude (not always and not all drivers..) - management is terrible to their employees so maybe that's why many drivers don't care. I called Aaron's, 20 mins went by and they didn't show up so I called another company. Then they both showed up at the same time, and the Aaron's driver got out and angrily confronted me. This was last winter so maybe they have improved since then, but too late they've lost my business. He told me I was 'blacklisted' haha, oh no!

Called for a cab....

Called for a cab. Cab didn't show. Called cab company and was told rudely that I wasn't even at the address given. I told her that was impossible because my friends and I have been outside for the hour and a half we had waited. Hung up on. Called back. Told "Aint nobody calls me a liar" so I said a few choice words and hung up. Call lockerby for better service.

Disapointed

their cars stink , they are never available over weekend either no one will pick up or the female dispatcher was such an abuser, I would never call them neither recommend others ,. in fact new service in Sudbury is a lot cheaper better uniformed and was so helping I don't mind writing it here call Sudbury cab .
