I have been visiting the Lake St location since it opened and the issue my wife experienced is a brand new low in customer service. I visit daily and I am "Gold Status". They messed my wife's order up yet again. They refused to acknowledge the issue. I pay $6 for espresso and milk and generally good service. I know several of the staff by name. If a customer takes the time to return to a location an issue should be assumed and acknowledged. Michelle "acting manager" has no concept of Service.
