Francois' No Frills

The manager francois is rude to his employees. I have been at no frills several times and each time he talks down to his employees...they look intimidated and scared. Francois please speak in a dignified way to your workers who are already getting min wage. How about appreciating them !

Most staff very interactive, friendly, helpful. owner not so much. I have worked in retail for many years and the ability to interact with the customer is utmost importance. I find stock is out a lot YES sometimes it is shorted. But I have noticed other stores are not. I enjoy the friendly interaction with the cashiers. PS it is the staff that makes a business great.

Today I had the most amazing and out of this world customer service experience this No Frills. After shopping for about 30 minutes I them moved to the check out line only to realize that I had left my wallet at home. I went an attendant and asked if I can leave my cart and return later to pay. The attendant directed me to the manager Vishnu who was simply awesome. Soon as I explained to him what had happened he offered to pay for the items with his cash and let me return later to repay him. WOW

very poorly run No Frills. NEVER enough cashiers. Hardly ever any employees to get assistance from. Cashiers very rude This NO FRILLS is only interested in selling and making a profit than LOOKING AFTER ITS CUSTOMERS
