Not Impressed!

I also called this program and got poor service. The lady I spoke to was very unpleasant> And told me I would Have to call back durning buisness hours. If I knew that, I certainly wouldn't have called you on a weekend complaining about a split Wisdom tooth, that I happen to be bleeding from knowing I could just wait and call back tmrw and do your job of looking in the phone book and finding a dentist! not impressed lady!

Emergency Referal Service is not an On-Call servic

When called during the weekend while suffering from an abscessed tooth, was told there was nothing that could be done on the weekend, that the service was only during regular business hours to get an appointment. Went to emerg as per their recommendation, for pain meds.... Thought would try calling again, to make an appointment for first thing Monday morning... Was told that that was not what the service was for and to call back only during business hours to see if a dentist could make an appointment.
