our washer and dryer were delivered with the dryer pedestal. The delivery team out the dryer pedestal under the washer. Finally the washer pedestal arrived (it’s a mini-washer) but they wouldn’t fix the issue. So I have a washer sitting in my spare room and mismatched washer/dryer. I’ve attempted to contact Courtney 3 times by email now and no response. We’ve also spoken on the phone and was told the issue would be solved and someone would call. No one calls, no one returns our emails. Extremely
