Elegant Nails

9 out of 10 times in the last several months I HAVE MADE AN APPOINTMENT with Tracy and she is always 15 - 30 minutes late. Tonight was the last time. My appointment was for 7pm and I walked out at 7:15pm when Tracy was just starting to shellac the ladies nails that was sitting in the chair. So another 30 minute wait after making an appointment!!! SO NOT IMPRESSED. Terrible time management. One time maybe two - ok NOT every time. And not just a 5 minute wait. 15-30!!!!!!!

Amy always does the most beautiful custom nails for me, my sister and my daughters! She's the best in Toronto.

This place is horrendous. I would not recommend it to anyone. They are rude and unprofessional. I would give them an F grade for the quality of their work. Do not go here to do your nails. I paid a lot of money for gel and they broke the next day. When I went back the lady tried to blame me for it and when she was redoing them, she was angry and aggressive with my hands. There are a thousand nails salons in Toronto. This place should not be one to go to.
