The Brick

Brian was friendly and helpful. Left the store but came back to make my purchase with him.

I have dealt with the brick for the last 10 years IF not more..I have purchased living room furniture to electronics to bedroom.. my whole house!!;) I am very pleased! and happy with the service that I received from the Brick in Owen Sound over the many years that I have had dealings with them.. Everytime I go in They know me By name now , So friendly and attentive.. Tiffany ♥️ .. and management always amazing..Rob Dan.. they have an amazing team right down to the delivery team amazing thankyou

Unimpressed with their delivery policy. Spend 3k and they just drop off the furniture in boxes and leave.. they do not set up or take away their packing materials. They charge a high delivery fee and I was expecting setup would be included in that high price. Beware and be cautious of your purchases in the Owen sound location if you live out of town. The delivery end of their business is terrible

BAD service. We ordered 1 furniture and a bedroom set. They only delivered the furniture and 2 dressers in a week time . They are still not sure when will they deliver rest of the stuffs. Also we spent more than $3 k but they provide no service no information for more than a week.

Very Knowledgable and helpful ....Rob (Brian) ordered us an Incredible Cindy Crawford Leather Sofa in Ivory.....Looks like a Hollywood Home piece at a fraction of the price!

Horrible customer...

Horrible customer service. Was asked if I needed help with anything, and when pointed out the two area rugs I was interested in (they were set out in displays), I was directed to the bins at the back of the store, when I said there was one imaybe liked but wasn't sure, would I be able to unroll it, he said he'd have to see. Then told me it was more taupe vs the gray that I wanted. And that was that, done "helping me" didn't offer to assist with ordering one I was interested in.
