Hertz Location d'autos

Fuyez HERTZ ! j'ai eté prelevé deux fois de plus de 500€ , j'ai eu une voiture degueulasse (mais vraiment, siege pas fait, accoudoir à l'arriere qui collent detritus sous les sieges) j'ai eu une voiture en dessous de ma reservation et le comble elle avait un probleme de frein !!!

Reasonable service, good prices, vehicles are not as high-end as others.

The service at this location was excellent. The young man that helped us was very courteous and accommodating to our needs. He took the time to give us a detailed information about our rental arrangement. Thank you, Hertz!!

We cabbed from the airport (25$) to pick up a car we had reserved and they had no cars to offer us. So we ended up stranded in the industrial district of a city we didn't know with four large suitcases. What's more concerning than the company's inability to hold a reservation, is the desk lady's complete lack strategy towards conflict resolution. Staring blankly ahead and repeating 'I dont have any cars' is about the response one could expect from a 8 year old with a weekend's experience at the lemonade stand.

If there was a way to give zero stars to this location, I certainly would. It's funny that only after our bad experience here, I notice that the other reviewer on this website also had a similar bad experience. We arrived only to be told that our car was not available and they had no other vehicles at this location (why are you open as a car rental agency if you have no vehicles?). The woman at the desk was uniformly unhelpful and didn't offer to find us another vehicle at a different branch or rectify the situation in any way. You'd think that a store in a customer service industry would actually have offer some measure of customer service but this was just incredibly frustrating. WHY TAKE RESERVATIONS IF YOU WON'T HOLD THE RESERVATIONS? (Seinfeld reference, anyone?!)

The hertz rental branch on merivale road , Ottawa , Ontario . The manager there that sit on the front disk he was so rude and mean to me , I reserved a rental car and I had a confirmation number and I went there from east Ottawa and I found him shouting at the front door , I don't have cars before even he knows my reservation , and when I approached him he said I don't have cars fitting your reservation and he asked for more money for upgrade but also not now as he said Ill call & he didn't
