A NIGHTMARE!!! I have tried to get customer support for a simple issue with Corel Painshop for the past TWO MONNTH!!!The support provided by Corel from India is totally unresponsive and calling the number of the company in Ottawa gets you back to the lousy service from India. Watch out for this company - YOU WILL GET NO SERVICE.

they will not refund you after you make a payment to there software if you are not pleased with the product ,, but that is not what there Advertising ad says,, i deleted my order number by accident, and they are saying they dont know who took my credit card to make the purchase ,, well i gave them my mastercard print out that is showing them the cost and merchant # and they still our not refunding me back $ 43.99, and it does not even seem like there are really trying to find out or refund me.
