    We have had the worst experience dealing with this dealership and head office after buying a 2014 Sorento. Too long a story to go into but we had problems from the start,took it in 3 times, and were told to turn the car off and on and it would reset the problem. Of course, this was when the car was under warranty. Then, they denied we ever took it in!. I refused to deal with Kia after this. Way more to the story..not enough room to write. Btw, Kias solution? Trade it in for a new 45k Kia...!

    I came across Dean The Kia Dude quite by chance. I had my previous car less than a year and the head gasket went in it. My mom was tired of me driving her car, so I stopped in one day after work. I knew I was looking for a Soul, it was just a matter of finding the right one for me. Paul, the General Manager, helped with that when he arranaged the financing.     We did a pre-approval and knowing our credit wasn't very good, understood we may not get the vehicle we wanted. I was told by our sales rep that everything looked good. After getting an email, which I think is a little unprofessional, saying we were approved I began to ask questions. What was the Interest rate, the amount we were approved for etc. No response. We went in and were offered a Rondo. Completely the opposite of what we wanted. Lack of honesty, did not seem to care about our needs.

    After the sale service at this business is terrible, customer service is lacking and nobody seems to really care, if someone brings car into be fixed (IE headlight) they should have the knowledge/expertise to fix properly and overcharging an older woman for a brake job, really disgusting, I will never buy a KIA product, will be sure to let everyone I know of my experience at your Orillia dealership..... disgusted

    I came to Davenpo...

    I came to Davenport Kia because I looked at reviews online and had also seen that you work with clients ranging from bad credit to perfect credit. The first time I called in I was told that a business manager would be calling me back. Not only didn't a business manager call me back but the sales agent kept calling me to field questions to find out how worthy we were as customers. I guess before the business manager could be bothered to pick up the phone and dial. The second time I called Davenport Kia I spoke to someone and gave my information and my spouse's information only to be told "Well that is going to be hard to work with, but I will see what I can do" that was 2 days ago and I have STILL not heard a word back. It is called common decency and customer service. I guess two things which the sales people at Davenport Kia lack. I wanted you to know we have a co-signer with perfect credit now to help us so we wouldn't have had a problem getting the vehicle we wanted but due to the way we were treated we are going to go elsewhere. Obviously those with low credit or "lower income" are not welcome at Davenport Kia. I will also be leaving this review EVERYWHERE possible on social media etc. The way I was treated was disgusting. Thank you for opening my eyes to a company I would not want to ever work with.
