Best taxi drive ive ever had, my driver Terry arrived within minutes of calling and was very polite and made a comfortable drive home.

I can’t believe how IGNORANT the dispatcher was Friday night July 15th. Talk about bad customer service! WOW!! Considering I am a regular customer and spend a lot of money at this company. I will take my business else where

Absolutely terrible, said they would send a cab right away and it took an hour instead of the 20-30mins I was told. Called and asked how long it would be and they said any minute. I waited another twenty. When it got there despite having a gps the guy told me he couldn’t find my place and then asked me to give him directions to where I was going. Made me late for an extremely important event and I am totally dissatisfied with my service.

The app they have is garbage you will get a notification that the taxi has been CANCELLED and then they will show up way after you leave with another mode of transportation and THEN their drivers will chew out YOUR KID who answers the door!!! Ridiculous!!!!! get your app figured out and take responsibility for your drivers behavior!!!! Not impressed but then I guess ya can’t expect much

MAKE SURE YOU DONT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES BEHIND IN THEIR CABS BY ACCIDENT, THEY SAY THEY WILL DRIVE IT HOME TO YOU AND THEN THEY SAY THEY CANT FIND IT AND SELL YOUR THINGS

My friend had a mix up with them over charging her and they REFUSED to give her money back. When she went back to talk to them they called the police on her and threatened trespassing. I can't believe businesses like this e

Unreliable service with poor customer service over the phone. We called and we're told a half hour wait. After 45 minutes of waiting, we called back and found out our request was never put into the system and have to wait all over again!

If I could rate this as less than one star I would. Called for a cab twice and they. Me stranded out of town when I called to ask where they were they said they sent two and they had sent none because I waited outside for two.

I have used this company many times. Dispatcher informs customers if they are busy and informs of approximate wait time. Clean cabs, fast service. The drivers are kind and assists customers with loading and unloading. Thanks for the great service!
