    My videos were lost

    I trusted Toronto Home Movies with the only videos of my late father. Two years later and I haven't been able to recover the original videos, or the transfers. Worst still: -the president berated me via email for wasting employees time looking for my lost videos -my calls are never returned because employees aren't allowed to make long distance calls -my emails are completely ignored All I ever wanted was confirmation that the videos were misplaced, and an apology for doing so. Instead, I have lost my patience waiting for resolution, and just want to warn anyone with emotionally valuable home videos that they should take their business elsewhere as this company can't be trusted with your memories.

    Fast and Professional

    Just had my 700 slides converted and they look great! They cleaned them up and they look better than ever! Very pleased with their work.

    WOW!

    Had over 30 8mm reels laying around for years, finally got them converted and WOW - what a surprise! Great quality and service. They said it will take up to 2 weeks, but they were done in 4 days. Definitely recommend Toronto Home Movies if you need any kind of film converted!

    ***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***

    RUSSIA HOME MOVIES IS THE WORST The owners know less about digital video technology than the worker slaves they hire TORONTO HOME MOVIES IS A BASEMENT OPERATION!!! -They don't complete orders on time -Never HD quality. NEVER!!!!! (they just upscale) -They cut corners every chance they get. NOT WORTH IT IF THE SERVICE WAS FOR FREE
