My daughter and I Went today to get our haircut, been going here for years.Today I was very disappointed with my service. It took the stylist over an hour to cut my hair she must have just graduated because she had to ask two other stylist how to do the cut.Dont get me wrong she was the sweetest girl constantly apologizing but for sitting this long they should have offered not to charge me. My daughters haircut only took 15 min. If my daughter hadnt paid I would have refused to pay poor manageme

Left me with incredibly splotchy, uneven, terrible colour. Then I went back to have it fixed and they died it back the same colour it was when I went in the first place! Overall, paying a LOT of money for the same hair colour i had, but way more damaged, was NOT worth it.
