Enterprise Rent-A-Car

rented and reserved a vehicle for one day. I rented it to take it on saturday and returned it with in the 24 hour mark but got charged until monday because no one worked sunday. They had not mentioned to me that this was the deal. I phoned and complained and they said would fix the over charge. They also have a camera outside to check things do they not?! Anyways they did not fix the over charge. Which is why i give them a one star

Excellent Customer Service

I was in a car accident Feb. 12th and had to rent a car while mine was fixed. Kelly and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure that I had a safe vehicle to drive. When the engine light came on the first rental, they quickly got me into another vehicle. They sent the rental with the engine light to the shop for a quick turn around so I could get that vehicle back. When the car was not available, they got me into the same car just a different colour. Amazing people to deal with.
