Autowash Express Car Wash

I wondered why both driver's side doors were open when they only cleaned the exterior. I realized they didn't clean a thin line of grease off the bottom rail that oozes occasionally from the bottom of the front door. I take a damp cloth and wipe it with no effort at all. Streaks at the bottom of the windows looked as though they were left by a dirty rag. Tire dressing was hit and miss. I would have given 2 stars if I bought the $7 cheapest wash, but this totaled $17.50 I won't be back!

The car wash flattened and slashed my fairly new tire and I had to arrange to have it towed at my own expense to my dealership. I was told by workers that the same thing had happened to another customer a week previous and the owner refused to repair the guard that protects the tire from being slashed when entering the car wash. My dealership replaced my tire and I was without a vehicle for 2 days. We took the receipt to the car wash and returned a week later to get the cheque for the damage done. Owner said he didn't get the receipt and would not pay. He is a terrible businessman! I will make sure everyone I know hears my story.
