Fails to own up to mistakes

Had a very disappointing experience here. A mistake was made in paperwork that took me at risk. Rather than just apologize, Dr. Kouchakan argued for 30 minutes, all the while claiming nothing was his fault. My health did not appear to be his primary concern.
