Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’m charged on my credit card 200 $ for hold plus 478.39 $ that I did not consent for, they did not hand to me a bill.

I visit Ottawa once a year and always rent from enterprise in nepean. They are always help full and polite.

I forgot my beats and a shaker in the rental car and when I went to them they said that they didn’t see such a thing and when I called them they still didn’t help me out . When I asked who cleaned the car they didn’t let me know . Also the car had a scratch and it was not even from me, they made me pay 500 deductible. They are hasslers, and robbers !!!

Great Service

This has to be the best managed, most efficient, car rental outlet that I have ever used. From the check out and return of the vehicle experience to the professional dress code of the team, five stars (or more) are deserved.
