Watch out for a lot of hidden fees. I have not used up my prepaid months, but they still found ways to charge my card with over $200 in bogus fees, which they refuse to refund. Do not trust them

This gym is terrible. If you try to cancel your membership, they will lie with about 10 different reasons for continuing to charge you. When you are signing up, everyone is extremely helpful and pleasant. As soon as you try to cancel, they are unhelpful and refuse to stop charging your credit card, even after your year has expired and you fill out all the forms to cancel the contract. DO NOT GO HERE. not worth your time or money.

I had a complete different experience using coupon. I presented the groupon and they gladly accepted it. Customer service provided by Regai was exceptional so for that reason I decided to sign a year contract. I have on few occasions assisted how he goes above and beyond his job description to help members. Also, facility is very clean. I am happy I joined!

Horrible reps. I was denied from using a Groupon at the location and the person behind the counter lied to me when I asked him about my friend using the same Groupon. I live really close to the gym but I never plan on going back.
