Gold Medal Plumbing and Drain

Beware of this company. They are using there name and abundance of 5 start reviews to take advantage of people of overcharge them. They came to quote my parents on 4 small plumbing issues and without really taking any time or effort to investigate what the actual problems were, quoted $1500 to fix everything . I purchased all the parts at home Depot for $77 (after tax) and fixed everything in 60-90 minutes.

Terrance came to our house today. He did such an excellent job. Very professional and leave the place very neat and tidy thanks again Terrance.

Tech was really great - he called within 24 hours of my reporting a small ceiling stain and he came on time to check. He was super professional/friendly and we got the impression he wanted to help and get the job done right. He explained things gently and gave us his professional opinion that it was a very solvable problem - he even offered to address it right away. Within a few hours, the problem has been diagnosed and fixed. We really appreciated it and think he was so nice about it. Thank you

I had a leak in my basement last week. Called Presco and they sent out the technician Terrance right away. He had the leak fixed in no time. He was professional and took the time to answer all my questions and explained the cause of the leak. He did an excellent job of fixing the problem and then cleaning up after. I will definitely call Presco for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend this company.

Called Presco today. Receptionist very friendly and connected me with Terrance within 2 hours! Terrance was very knowledgeable, explained everything in details, and did a a fantastic job! Highly recommended!
