Had my vechicle in for some work, Jon Balfor helped get the repair done quickly and on my way, had a bit of an issue that I noticed and mentiond to Jon he assured me that it would be taken care of. Jon contacted me personaly with updates to what was going on, in the end Jon was a man of his word and did not stop untill he corrected the situation. Thank you Jon Balfor for the EXCELLENT customer service!
Worst dealer I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Will screw you over as hard as they can and when they screw up they will call you 10+ Times a day to swear and threaten you.
I bought a chrysler pacifica hybrid here in June 2018. It took them over two months to get the vehicle for me. It ended up lacking the features I had initially asked for. My sales rep simply told me I could get out of the deal if I wished to. By that time, the rebate on hybrids was over, and I was unable to do that. I purchased warranty on tires as well. Had a flat tire in October 2018. I have called and emailed them several times and yet have to receive that cheque as of Jan 4, 2019.
Great customer service, friendly and accommodating. Had the best experience purchasing a 2019 Jeep Wrangler.
Best dealer experience I've ever had. No pressure, everyone is friendly, great prices, relaxed atmosphere. I met Alex and Robbie, and after an hour I felt like I was buying a car off a friend I knew for years. If you're buying a Dodge from somewhere else, you're insane. This is how all dealers should conduct business.

I was looking for a used RAM 1500 truck and had the good fortune of talking to Jay when I called to inquire about a specific vehicle listed online. Jay was clear, direct, forthcoming, extremely courteous, patient, and helpful. It took me a while to finally choose the best truck for me, and Jay was eager and ready to help in any way he could. Overall, it was a wonderful experience dealing with everyone at Hunt Chrysler!!
My experience with Mike and the Hunt Chrysler sales team has changed the way I view car salesmen. My daughter recently purchased a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee and was blown away by the level of customer service she received and my experience was no different. We put mike through the paces with both leasing and finance options for 4 different vehicles and he always took his time making sure we understood everything. I will be recommending Mike and the entire Hunt Chrysler sales team to everyone I know
After visiting what almost seemed to be every dealership in Milton I landed at Hunt Chrysler. Needless to say I saved the best for last! The entire Hunt Chrysler Sales Team understand what customer service looks like and does not treat you as just another sale. Service department needs help, they seem to be overworked and a bit brusk, Bought some winter tires and wheels there one did not fit well according to the mechanic, Tires are overpriced and they just get them from a tire seller and mark them up.Charged me full price to learn tpms despite spending large for tires and wheels, thought they might cut me some slack since it doesn't take much for them to do that. I go to the other dealer now as just don't feel they are trying to earn my business.
