    Bought a custom mattress from Dale. It was awful. My 100lb wife was hitting the springs (foam was too soft). Im 220. My side was like a diving board. Dale said no returns and threatened to sue us if we pushed or reviewed him. Even told us his lawyers name. He said is was manufactured under ISO9001. Contacted Ali at Dreamstar Bedding. They made it to Dales specs. Ali said they arent ISO. Ali is a good guy and made us a new mattress that is great a few years later. Never again Halton Mattress.
