Tyler and Kyle were here for an emergency plumbing situation. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I was quite impressed.

Service was fine...replaced shower diverter with used part. When I phoned in payment, was told there would be an additional $2 charge (unless I drove out to their office). I commented (which originally was not going to do) that I thought the $125 labour was probably enough since they were in and out in 17 minutes, as per service sheet! Received lecture on travel time, insurance expenses etc. Total invoice was $176....Just decided to let him know my thoughts regarding invoice amount.
