Pizza Hut

This is the location uwo. Western Rd location. Ordered my food online and 10 minutes later the store called and said they are to busy to deliver it so they have stopped taking orders and that was that. Never said I could come in and pick it up or offered any deal's on a order for next time. Just flat out cancelled my food and said sorry. Worst customer service from any big chain restaurant by far. Will never order food from pizza hut again. This is ridiculous customer service

I would gladly love to give this zero stars. This was the worst experience of my life. I went there thinking it would be a nice dinner but instead on got the nastiest meal of my damn life. Boy, let me tell you I ordered fettuccine alfredo. I love that shit but there was too much sauce and the damn thing was like soup. The sauce was watery like it looked like nasty coloured water. When we told the waiter she's like "oh well idk what to tell you" GREAT SERVICE. NOT. (stay tuned for part 2)

You only get attitude for your order if your lucky to get it. I will never order from pizza hut London again I have recorded the conversation a well you have ad well !

Excellent service Pizza is super

Ordered a couple of pizza's over an hour ago, told would be 45 mins, called on house phone, no one answered, called from our cell they answered, then put on hold. Once they answered we were told, higher than normal orders, would be 45 mins delivery, they didn't even ask us what we wanted yet. Finally got to ask were it was, girl said she would check, hung up on...called back, asked to speak to manager, assistant manager came on, told us she was new, and that phones were tricky...used to be a reg
