This was honestly the best possible outcome with my first experience shopping for a wedding dress, I had not gone to other bridal shops previous to this one and left with a PERFECT dress, even better ... it was only $300.00 - the ladies in the shop were all very lovely the entire time we were in there, we had Montana assist our bridal party and she was very supportive, outgoing and all around made the experience 100x better! We cant wait to be back to shop for our bridesmaids dresses! :)

The best! Stress-free and custom to your desires. I went to another shop and wasted my time there with poor service. when i got to Davids Bridal, the staff were sooo nice, understanding and knowledgable. I got the PERFECT dress and since I am petite they gave me a great deal on custom tailoring. Deanna and Sarah, Thank you so much for the awesome experience and finding me the best dress I could ever imagine! You made me feel like cinderella.

Saw Fatima in alterations- was condescending, unprofessional and straight up rude. Won’t be going back.

I was in on Saturday November 17th and had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Lindsay was the accociate that helped me and it was nice to work with someone who listened to what I was looking for, I tried on many before and after “the dress” but I knew it was the one when it brought tears to my eyes. I want to thank Lindsay and that staff for making the day amazing, it was great to say yes to the dress, and thank you and kudos Lindsay

Twice, I have gone into the store. Lots of sales staff available. 2 were working with brides. I was not greeted or approached by anyone. After 20 minutes the last time, I finally asked one of the staff if they could see me. They of course said yes. Then, they asked if I had an appointment. I could understand needed an appointment if they were all busy, but they were not. I was very, very disappointed.

Didn’t record our measurements properly and didn’t contact all the bridesmaids when their dresses had arrived.

Came in looking for bridesmaid dresses, as soon as our consultant got a sense that we were more so "browsing" rather than buying, she left us to fend for ourselves!

I've to been to David's Bridal several times looking at dresses, but never really found the one. After a dress disaster at a different bridal shop, I was in need of a new dress and immediately went to David's Bridal. We were helped by Jessie, who was so so amazing. She picked out a bunch of styles that I would be interested in, and was so happy doing so. She also had to deal with my pushy mother! I ended up finding the perfect dress there all because of Jessie. Would highly recommend David's.

Came here as a group of 4 to look for bridesmaid dresses. The service was impeccable- our consultant pulled dresses without my bridesmaids having to lift a finger. She was attentive, funny and polite. Great experience at this location!

Was really nervou...

Was really nervous going in to try on dresses fr the first time. Worked with Jan. She was so helpful and so comforting. My worries went away after the first dress. She made me and my bridesmaids feel very comfortable and was so friendly. We tried on a bunch of things and she never seemed annoyed or frustrated with our indecision. Will definitly be recommending her/ this location to my friends in the future.

I suggested for my sister and the bridal party to go to David's Bridal to look at bridesmaid dresses. We started looking for dresses and when she was asked to show us the colour options and to help us find certain styles for all different body shapes she began sighing with every request. When talking with the consultant my #1 concern is when I have to order the dress. I've already lost 20 lbs, and I have until the dress needs to be ordered to keep losing weight (wedding in July). When I told her that I wished to wait to order the dress (suggesting we all do this and order at the same time) she said rudely "well we'd all like to lose weight, but you need to be realistic. You can't order the dress the day before". I honestly didn't know what to say. My sister was not impressed, and I was pretty amazed that someone trying to earn our business would say that. I purchased my wedding dress through David's Bridal for my wedding in Port Huron. I loved my experience there and couldn't believe how we were treated in London.

David's Bridal so...

David's Bridal sold me a beautiful wedding gown, off the sale rack for $226. Alterations cost more than the dress! Very helpful staff but definitely recommend an off-peak time reservation, as staff can be pretty busy on weekends and nights.
