    Kitchen of our Dreams

    We would like to thank you and the team at Cardinal for creating the kitchen of our dreams. When we began the process of building our home, one of the things we were most excited about designing was the kitchen. Today, after a few months of living in our home, we walk into the kitchen and bathrooms and know we are walking into our dream home. We began working with you to create our kitchen months before the final installation. As we moved through the different stages, we were impressed by your ability to deal with any questions or concerns that arose in a timely manner. You were always willing to listen to our ideas and incorporated them into the design in a way that made for an efficient and practical use of space. As we settle into our new kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room we are still appreciating the advice you gave us that has resulted in efficient storage and an attractive overall design. We also appreciated your ability to work with the other companies who had a hand in putting together the kitchen. Building a home is often a feat in coordination and it was fantastic that you were able to take some of the stress out of this busy time. As with any project of this size there were some issues along the way. We were impressed with how quickly Cardinal responded to these issues and that they were solved with a minimum of inconvenience to us and our family. We are satisfied with the cabinetry throughout the house and know that with two small children, the cabinets are of a quality that will withstand the everyday, and sometimes very creative, uses of toddlers and children. We would have no hesitation recommending Cardinal to others and would be more then happy to be used as a reference in the future. Laura & Zoltan

    Can't beat the service and quality!

    It was a sensitive job, I had to replace old "custom" cabinetry with a new design and layout. I had low ceilings and challenging space issues. I love my kitchen now! so do all my family and friends! thanks to everyone at cardinal for such a great job and for being so patient and tolerant of me!

    bad experience

    Cardinal Kitchens does not live up to their Customer Service promise. Mistakes galore, I have been almost 2 months on my one day install. Marked floor, ceiling, wrong size counter top, wrong size cupboards, forgot to makes doors, new doors brought they were the wrong color still waiting for these. Owner came over it has been so bad. Lots of excuses and no follow up. This has been a disaster, they even pulled out my plumbing for my dishwasher after the sales person told them how to put through the floor (I found it on my kitchen table). The issues continue lets see if they ever make good. I asked the owner for a discount due to the problems and have been told my problem. My advice buy somewhere else.
