Went in for an eye exam when my 5 month old woke up screaming she was so understanding and so patient!! She let me take my time to calm him. Had great help with picking out my glasses!!! Thank you thank you!

Service is excellent, when they are not busy, then wait times are long. I'm taking my glasses back for the third time today for adjustment...not acceptable especially with the poor hours of operation....10 o'clock, especially on a Saturday is ridiculous. Closing at 6 during the week is also. My spouse works the in Waterloo and for him to come home and get me there by 6 is almost impossible. I have been going to this merchant for over 6 years but will rethink this in the future.

Hi there, We are very sorry about the mix up. The hours posted until 8 should have been taken down and we were told they were taken down, however it seems as though we were wrong. I have taken the required action to make sure it is taken care of.
I was very pleased with my first visit, and ordered my glasses. Bring my husband the same day for his prescription glasses. That was Decembet 16rh, 2015 Today is January 8th ,2016 . Our glasses are not ready despite we were told that because of the holidays it will take two weeks
The staff here went above and beyond my expectations! Went in on a Tuesday and found some frames I liked and they had them ready by Friday! Both times I visited everyone working there was respectful and were happy to help. I'll definitely be coming back, and I'd recommend Highland Optical to anyone who is looking for reliable and efficient service!

We dealed will Neil(father of the lady, who owns the place now with her husband) when he use to own and run the eyeview optical on highland road in food basics plaza. Neil is a very nice guy who still works part time and help his daughter and her husband. But the couple is very arrogant to deal witt. It si kinda dont care attitude, the prices are way to high then others opticians in town, i will rather give my business to someone else, who would respect and appreciate my business.
Love them ! Staff was amazing and helpful, prices awesome. Will be keeping our business with them and running away from Eyeview Optical on Highland!
Very unsatisfied, Horrible Customer Service. They gave me the wrong frames on my original order. Later, when my not inexpensive frames crumbled in my hand I called them to see if they were still under warranty, they said yes, come on in. When I got there it was a different story. They lost the info on my extended warranty in their computer system somehow in the 10 minutes it took me to drive over and refused to honor it, however they were happy to offer a number of paid services to fix my glasses. They also refused to give my wife her own prescription information to take business elsewhere. I'll never use them again. Costco offers same frames at a third of the price.
From the warm greeting of the front of store staff to the tall, handsome, very professional optometrist, the experience was top notch. I'm waiting for my glasses and can't wait to return to see how great they are!!
