    We wanted a Gas Fire installed in our basement and we chose Mason Place Fireplace & BBQ Centre to do the work. It was the best decision we could have made! From attending the showroom and being treated in such a friendly and professional way - to the eventual installation of the amazing Gas Fire - we felt totally confident in their hands. They explained the safety aspects regarding the installation. They were 100% reliable and thoroughly professional. Thank you Mason Place

    Very poor customer service,installer is lacking knowledge . I had him back 5 times to resolve his install issue . I would avoid this company
